With Christmas just around the corner (from where I am standing now), it kinda scares me that time passes by too quickly and that I dont have the time to slow down and smell the roses.
1. Bianca grows up too fast. I just cant believe the things she tells me and the things she does. Imagine, end of nursery school is just a few months away! my little baby now growing up :(
2. Never running out of work to do. Day by day, work pile just seems to grow and grow. I just attended an evaluation session and suprised to see that I've done like 30++ projects year to date (wow!!) and the scary thing is, I didnt feel it.
3. I've been married for 4 years.... and I dont feel it. It seems more like we're still in the 1st year of marriage. I think for this is actually good, not having that drag feeling -- but we just dont have time to plan for the future anymore. We just live day by day and that's what scares me (the OC in me of course shouting out).
It's probably that leftover bitterness from the ol' high school and college days which makes me think that everything is too good to be true. Well, just one thing to say. Life is what you make it, which is basically my guide (with God) all my life. I choose to be happy (and busy) so let be it. :)
Oh well, I think naman these are happy problems. And I should stop awhile and appreciate everything I have. :)

Spallabok!
Probably the grossest thing on the planet.
I attended a market research conference last week and during snack time, the chef cant seem to make up his mind.
He served us spaghetti with palabok sauce, and to make things worse he put calamansi and garlic bread on the side. Ano ba talaga kuya?? :)

Spending time with family
Day by day, I'm getting better at leaving work to spend more time with family. But of course, this would have consequences on my career, and that work load is starting to pile up.
Is time management really the key?

Being an Adult
After 30 years, today is one of those days I really feel so old and adultish. It happened a few seconds after I paid ALL THE BILLS online. bills bills bills, work work work...
I just realized that
30% of my salary are for taxes
34% are for utility bills
10% go to my savings account
10% debt payments
6% emergency money
so what the hell am I working for

Day 2 at SG
No matter how many times I go to Singapore, I still can't get enough of the city's clean streets, nice buildings, taxi cab drivers who do not reject passengers (and those who wouldnt impose his own take on the fare), and of course shopping :).
Made with love, the best store in the whole world (next to Good4u store of course) happens to be in Singapore, 1 train ride away from where I am now. It's quite soothing to just see something so homey even though im far from home. :)
